The simplest side in the world. Great to have with chilli - or stuffed inside a burrito! You don't even have to measure out the rice you can just use a small handful per person, making sure you use double this amount of water when cooking.
Lime & Coriander Rice
Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 15 min
Special equipment needed:
300g Wild Rice
1 tin Black Beans
Handful fresh Coriander (chopped finely)
1 lime (zest & juice)
Cook rice according to packet instructions
When the rice has 5 minute left, add the tin of bean
Drain all and mix through the lime zest, juice and coriander
and remember, anyone can cook!
